    Renowned for being vivacious and sexy, with its striking sports car image, the Ford Capri was the car of choice for “Jack the lad” motorists for a generation or more from 1970. Anybody who has seen Boyd and Doyle chasing about in their souped-up Capri in the hit crime series “The Professionals” will understand the appeal.
