How much is delivery?

Delivery is £5.30 plus VAT up to 10kgs to most of the UK.

All UK orders placed before 3pm will be shipped on a next working day delivery service - although we endeavor to ship all order on the day they are placed. Once your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number.

How do I track a delivery?

When your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier website where you can track the status of your parcel.

Where is my local courier depot?

Can I change my order?

Please contact us online, via email or call 01332 226 290 as soon as possible. Our sales team can advise on the correct product and help change your order or delivery address.

Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you believe your product is defective please notify us immediately on 01332 226 290 or via email

If you have mistakenly ordered the incorrect part online we can exchange the goods with only carriage to be paid by the customer.

Refunds are normally processed on the day of request but may take up to 7 days.

If these conditions are met we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange or refund. Refunds on promotional goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If your product is faulty or covered under warranty any carriage costs incurred shipping the goods back will be refunded up to the amount of £5.30
