UK Delivery
When will I receive my order?
All UK orders placed before 4pm will be shipped on a next working day delivery service although we endeavour to ship all orders on the day they are placed. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Once your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number.
Free Delivery
Orders over £50 will automatically have free delivery applied when you add to basket. This offer only extends to web orders with a delivery address in the UK mainland – Ireland, Highlands and Islands and International delivery addresses will have their exact carriage cost calculated during checkout.
Timed Deliveries
We can also ship on a before 9am, before 10:30am and before Noon service which can be selected during the checkout process.

Will someone need to be in?
We ship on a next day courier service so a signature will be required on delivery. Please contact us if you would like the courier to leave your parcel in a secure location. If you are out at the first delivery attempt you will be left a card and the courier will try to deliver again the following day. If you recieve a card please contact us to re-arrange your delivery.
Upon receipt of your order
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign "Damaged".
International Shipping
We ship internationally with FedEx and Royal Mail. For an exact price please start the checkout process and select your country - the system will calculate the shipping cost to your country. The prices below are for weights up to 1kg.
International orders placed before 1pm will be shipped same day.
