About the Vauxhall Zafira

The Zafira is a compact multi-purpose vehicle first manufactured in 1999. The revolutionary seat design is what is known as “Flex 7”: seven seats are arranged in three rows, the back row of which can be folded into the floor to create more space, ensuring that extra seats do not have to be physically removed from the vehicle. The 2011 Geneva Motor Show previewed a concept of the third generation Zafira, the “Zafira Tourer Concept”. Even after the Zafira C enters expected production in 2012, the Zafira B will remain on sale, having received a face-lift, as a smaller, cheaper alternative.
