Where possible we recommend the use of ball sockets or ball studs as the gas strut does not have to mounted in-line, unlike a pin or eyelet fixing.

For 6 & 8mm Rods

With a female M6x1.0 thread for use with our 6mm and 8mm diameter rod gas struts.

For 10mm Rods

With a female M8x1.25 thread for our 10mm diameter rod gas struts.

For 14mm Rods

With a M10x1.5 female thread for our 14mm diameter rod gas struts.
