10mm diameter rod nitride plated fixed force gas strut

These 10mm rod gas struts are supplied at their maximum force of 1200N - for forces greater than 1200N please see our 14mm diameter rods. The mild steel piston rod has a hard wearing nitride plating and the cylinder is epoxy paint treated. They are equipped with an adjustment valve, allowing gas to be vented from the strut to lower its force. Please see our adjustment instructions for more information.
