This gas strut has a nitride plated piston rod and epoxy paint treated cylinder.

When ordering you will be asked the force in Newtons, between 50 and 500N. Once set the force may be increased by SGS but never reduced. If you are unsure of the force required please see our adjustable force gas struts.
