DatasheetThe RSS series 'Shorty' hydraulic cylinders are available as single acting, spring-return or double acting. These cylinders range from 10 to 250 Tons and are ideal for confined areas from 89 to 290.5 mm clearance.
- PowerTech plated piston rods and gland nuts resist corrosion.
- Heavy duty return spring (except for double-acting models) provides fast piston return and low collapsed height.
- Coupler on 10 to 50 ton models is angled upward 5° for clearance.
- Grooved piston top keeps load from sliding.
- Cylinders can be "dead-ended" at full capacity.
- Removable carrying handles on 100 ton and 250 ton models.
- Conforms to ASME B30.1
