DTD153Z Impact Driver from Makita has been developed specially for light to medium duty fastening applications. This model is equipped with a BLDC motor (BrushLess DC motor) specially designed to provide, above all, more work amount on a single full battery charge. Thank to that this tool provides more energy and power, generating a maximum 3400rpm no load speed, and impressive max 170Nm torque. Its keyless single sleeve ¼” hex chuck accepts M5 – M16 standard bolts and M4 – M8 machine screws, making it ideal for repetitive screwdriving.

This tool is offering high percussive action, driving screws up to 30% faster than a conventional drill/driver. When using high powered impact drivers, no pilot hole is needed, even into hardwood.

Ergonomic and compact design, with overall length of 126mm and rubber grip, reduces fatigue over prolonged use and results in greater control. Twin bright LED job lights illuminate the working area. Dust and dripping water-resistant body protects the tool when used in harsh weather conditions.
