The products you order determine the delivery method and duration for your order to reach you.
Gas Struts: Please note gas struts are manufactured to your order, so they cannot be returned once ordered.
Once you reach the basket and input your postcode, your delivery cost will be estimated. Final checkout will confirm any delivery charges with an estimated delivery time.
We will send you a despatch email once your order has left our warehouse with customer tracking capability. Couriers will then send update notifications via email and SMS (this is why we require mobile numbers).
Delivery times for products & specialist items will be dependent upon postcode and the day of the week you order.
Heavy specialist items may require special handling with 2 or 3 man deliveries, so our courier has specific routes per day of the week to different areas of the UK. Our specialist courier will always call ahead for these heavier deliveries to ensure your availability.
Once you confirm availability, please ensure you are available. Failed deliveries will cause additional costs to be incurred, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
