It was easy to identify and order the correct product for my car. The fitting instructions that came with the product were also very good and I am very pleased with the service and product.

Ordered two new struts for my Skoda Yeti late on Thursday afternoon and they arrived on Saturday morning. I paid less than £40 for the two struts incl. p&p. The video on the web-site told me what I had to do and ordering and fixing together probably took less than 10 minutes. (My main agent was happy to charge me over £100 to replace a single strut "including labour"). Arrived very well packaged wrapped in bubblewrap and enclosed in a thick cardboard tube. (The bubblewrap wasn't selotaped so can be used again - I'm not really being tight, every bit of recycling helps!!).
The struts appear to be good quality and were an easy fit - a sharp tap on each end to fit them onto the studs on the tailgate and body.
The tailgate now opens and shuts nearly silently, rather than the grinding squeal my neighbours have come to know and love. The web-site was easy to use, the service everything that was promised and the struts seem more than up to the job. Highly recommended.

Fitted perfectly and are as good as the ones fitted from the manufacturer but without the high prices.

And the video on the website was spot on as to how to change the struts.

Had got rather used to the boot not opening that well, and it was mentioned as an advisory at last MOT and service. The other day the boot closed spontaneously, so definitely time to get it done before being stung at commercial mechanic rates for what was billed as being easily DIY. In the end, all fitted in under five minutes flat, with just a flat-blade screwdriver and an assistant to hold the boot open. Seems good. Time will tell, but the struts are guaranteed for two years, and everyone on the forums seems to speak highly of this supplier, so bought and fitted with confidence.
