UK Delivery Information

Items over 30kg and certain dimensions, delivery times will vary according to your delivery address and day of order as these items require specialist handling.

We have a policy where we do not make any money from delivery charges and are transparent around the real costs of delivery. We do not hide our delivery cost in the product price so we remain competitive on product pricing and if you use click and collect then as a customer you can benefit.

We attempt to recover delivery charges on most products but recognise that some remote locations the delivery charge may become excessive, so we attempt to keep these costs to a minimum.

The products you order determine the delivery method and duration for your order to reach you.

Once you reach the basket and input your postcode, your delivery cost will be estimated. Final checkout will confirm any delivery charges with estimated delivery time..

We will send you a despatch email once your order has left our warehouse with customer tracking capability. Couriers will then send update notifications via email and SMS (this is why we require mobile numbers).

Delivery times for products & specialist items may vary.

Orders under 30kg will receive a time slot from the courier.

Orders over 30kg will be delivered between 8am and 6pm the following working day, although this is NOT a guaranteed next day service.

Orders over 60kg will be delivered on a 3-5 day service for free or on a next day service for £19.99 excluding NI, Highlands and Islands.

Deliveries over 60kg will be made to a room of your choice at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Large heavy items are delivered by a specialist delivery company, with either 2 or 3 men delivery. This maybe subject to a further delivery charge. This will be calculated at checkout.

Items over 135KG are delivered on a 3 man service on the next available delivery slot. However, this will not necessarily be next day. If a redelivery is required there will be a minimum redelivery charge of £25.

If there is a failed specialist delivery and the item is returned to us, there is unfortunately a non-refundable £100 charge, due to transport and labour costs which will be deducted from the refund.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally. Any orders placed will be cancelled if it includes an international shipping address.

Our delivery companies will deliver to the address given on your order (unfortunately, this cannot be amended once the order has been placed).

If they are not able to deliver, further delivery attempts will be made. Following further attempts, If you have not given special instructions ( eg. leave in a safe place or with a neighbour) your package may either be returned to us or, when possible, sent to a pick-up shop for you to collect.

Our last orders time for next day orders are 5pm, Monday to Friday on items that can be delivered next day. Items over 60kg, our courier does have an option to deliver on Saturday and Sunday for England & Wales.

Working days are classed as Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays so items ordered before 5pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday and items after 5pm on Friday will be delivered Tuesday.

Our partners keep some stock and they will ship directly to the delivery address. The cut-off time for these partners is:

ABAC & FPS Products - 12:30PM

Once an order has been dispatched you will be notified of the courier and tracking number so you can track your delivery. Most of our couriers offer time slots and options around ‘leave safe’.

Our heavy items orders over 60kg offer a pre-delivery call, live tracking, delivery to the room of your choice and removal of packaging. Please ensure you inspect your items before any packaging is removed from your property.

Please ensure you inspect your items on arrival and record any issues. Contact us immediately if any items are damaged and take photographic evidence of any damages to forward to us on the day of delivery.

We will update our delivery information for main Public Holidays like Christmas and Easter for Black Friday, so clear delivery promises are communicated to our customer prior to ordering.
