Christmas Delivery Information
Please note all items over 60kg will be shipped on the 21st but may not arrive until the 2nd January 2018. We are very sorry for the inconvenience but the pallet networks are not delivering over Christmas.
All other orders placed on the 21st will still ship on a next day service. Orders placed after the 21st will be shipped on 27th of December and may not be delivered next day.
When will I receive my order?
All UK orders placed before 4pm will be shipped on a next working day delivery service although we endeavour to ship all orders on the day they are placed. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed between 4:01pm on Friday and 4:00pm on Monday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number. Your delivery will arrive between 8am and 6pm the following working day, although this is not a guaranteed next day service.
Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.
You will be contacted by phone after ordering a larger item to confirm a delivery date before your order is dispatched. Large or heavy items are dispatched through a pallet network, so if we can't get in contact with you, we may be unable to send out your item on a next day delivery. Please be sure to include a working phone number with your order.
If you order a large item on a next day service and are not in to take delivery on the allotted day please contact us before the delivery date. Unfortunately, there may be a £15 delivery surcharge if the item has to be redispatched for another delivery date.
Heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and may require the recipient to help the courier unload the item. For items that are delivered on a pallet the courier will leave the pallet as close to your door as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the couriers website.

How do I get free delivery?
Orders over £50 ex VAT will automatically have free delivery applied when you add to basket. Unfortunately this offer only extends to web orders with a delivery address in the UK mainland – N Ireland, Ireland, parts of Scotland, Highlands and Islands and International delivery addresses will have their exact carriage cost calculated during checkout. This does not include telephone orders or our re-gas service.
Can I choose a time for my delivery?
We can also ship on a before 9am,before 10:30am and before Noon service which can be selected during the checkout process.
UK delivery prices
Please note - items delivered by our partners, such as Hyundai or Stephill, to non-mainland UK addresses may have an additional delivery surcharge. We will contact you after you have placed your order to advise you if there is any further charge.
The prices below are for 1kg which covers most vehicle gas struts. A smaller or great weight may alter the price which will be calculated exactly during checkout.

We ship on a next day courier service so a signature will be required on delivery. Please contact us if you would like the courier to leave your parcel in a secure location. If you are out at the first delivery attempt you will be left a card and the courier will try to deliver again the following day. If you recieve a card please contact us to re-arrange your delivery.
Upon receipt of your order
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign "Damaged" then contact us on the day of delivery.
Our couriers do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
