Orders placed after 4pm on the Friday 5th May 2023 will be shipped on a next working day delivery service with delivery due from Wednesday 10th May. Due to the bank holiday.
Palleted deliveries (items over 60 kg) ordered after 4pm 5th May 2023 on a 3-5 day service will be delivered starting from the Wednesday 10th May .
Palleted deliveries (items over 60 kg) ordered after 4pm on Friday 5th May 2023 on a next-day service will be delivered starting from Wednesday 10th May .

When will I receive my order?
All UK orders placed before 4pm can be shipped on a next working day delivery service and we endeavor to ship all orders on the day they are placed. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed between 4:01pm on Friday and 4:00pm on Monday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number.
Orders under 30kg will recieve a time slot from the courier.
Orders over 30kg will be delivered between 8am and 6pm the following working day, although this is not a guaranteed next day service.
Orders over 60kg will be delivered on a 3-5 day service for free or on a next day service for £19.99 + VAT.
Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Heavy Items
You will be contacted by phone after ordering a larger item to confirm a delivery date before your order is dispatched. Large or heavy items are dispatched through a pallet network, so if we can't get in contact with you, we may be unable to send out your item on a next day delivery. Please be sure to include a working phone number with your order.
If you order a large item on a next day service and are not in to take delivery on the allotted day please contact us before the delivery date. Unfortunately, there may be a £18 delivery surcharge if the item has to be re-dispatched for another delivery date.
Heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and may require the recipient to help the courier unload the item. For items that are delivered on a pallet the courier will leave the pallet as close to your door as possible.
Please note: Pallet deliveries to Northern Ireland will incur a £45+VAT custom fee which will be required prior to shipping. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail to discuss payment options.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the couriers website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not recieve this email.
How do I get free delivery?
Online orders over £60 will automatically have free delivery applied when you add to basket. Unfortunately, this offer only extends to web orders with a delivery address in England or Wales – N Ireland, Ireland, parts of Scotland, Highlands and Islands and International delivery addresses will have their exact carriage cost calculated during checkout. This does not include telephone orders or our re-gas service.
Can I choose a time for my delivery?
We can also ship on a before 9am, before 10:30am and before Noon service which can be selected during the checkout process.
Upon receipt of your order
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign "Damaged" then contact us on the day of delivery.
Bank Holidays
Our couriers do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
Easter Bank Holiday Delivery

Palleted deliveries (items over 60 kg) ordered after 4pm on a Friday after bank holiday on a 3-5 day service will be delivered starting from the Tuesday 12th April 2023 .
Palleted deliveries (items over 60 kg) ordered after the ordered after 4pm 5th April 2023 on a next-day service will be delivered starting from Tuesday 12th April 2023.
Christmas Delivery
Orders placed after 4pm on the 23rd December will be shipped on a next working day delivery service with delivery due after the Christmas Bank Holiday.
Palleted deliveries (items over 60 kg) ordered after the 19th December 2022 on a 3-5 day service will be delivered starting from the 3rd of January 2023.
Palleted deliveries (items over 60 kg) ordered after the 20th of December 2022 on a next-day service will be delivered starting from the 3rd of January 2023.
