ONE-KEY™ is an innovative new technology created by Milwaukee. It is a digital platform integrated on to all Milwaukee power tools and equipment. The tool management system works directly from the power tools themselves, meaning that you can control all of your Milwaukee tools simply by connecting them to the ONE-KEY online app. ONE-KEY provides total control, and access to all important information to make your job easier. In the same time it is simplified and easy to use. Milwaukee one key smart tools allow you to customise each individual tool, for faster more efficient work.

Tool Control

Tool Control allows you to completely configure your tools around the work you do. Using one key technology you can wirelessly sync your drills and impact drivers to program custom speed and torque settings directly into the tool’s memory. Advanced electronics inside the tool monitor its output, offering unmatched control and consistency with every trigger pull.

Because the changes to a One-Key power tool’s settings or modes are done on the app and then uploaded to the tool your phone doesn’t need to be in constant connection with the tool. No longer must you personally over see every tool whilst in use, simply check the settings via the app.

Tool Tracking

Built in tool tracking capabilities allows you to have full visibility of tool applications across your network of job sites and users. The ONE-KEY app will routinely keep a record of when the tool was last within 100ft any device with the one key application, allowing you to pinpoint missing tools quicker and increase the accountability of your gangs.

Tool Security

In partnership with with tracking, the integrated tool security feature provides you with fantastic theft protection. One-key allows you to protect your investment with features like tool lock-out, or hide tool from the nearby devices screen so only you can see your tool is in range (ideal if tools are left unattended over night). If your tool is lost, stolen or misplaced, you can render it useless by sending a remote command to the tool to shut itself off the next time it comes within range of any device using the one key app.

Inventory Management

One-key inventory management allows you to keep all your tools and equipment in one place, even when they're not on the same job site. Creating central management system means you can keep track of all the tools and equipment across your network of jobs and users.

Inventory Management gives you the option to keep detailed records of all inventory, manufacturer or brand, to easily build a budget and manage annual spend on equipment. ONE-KEY™ enables instant and easy information-sharing between the field and back-office by assigning locations and owners to each inventory item.

Tool Reports

Milwaukee one key tool reporting provides you with real time information. Designed in collaboration with the M18 Force Logic 6T utility crimpers, with one touch you are able to wirelessly sync to the crimper to transfer and store crimp data to the cloud. You can then use this data to group all crimpers across a job into a single-time based report, keeping essential information at your fingertips. The software can create custom reports that tell you exactly what you need to know and spot potential issues or problems before you leave the job site.
