TJ3X jack is quite a beast! It’s heavily engineered and weighs just under 30Kg. It measures 24cm across the front wheels, making it very stable if a little restrictive when trying to position an axle stand alongside. The two section handle is 1.2m long so you need plenty of room if you want to use the full travel. Having said that it lifts our Golf with ease using just the first section. The free rubber ‘puck’ is useful for protecting jacking points. The ratchet axle stands are well made and easy to use. The safety pin, whilst a good idea, is fiddly to insert due to its semi triangular shape which will only fit one way (see photo in company blurb). I also ordered the protective rubber pads which are a useful extra if you want to protect the underside of your car. The next day delivery was excellent, although the axle stand pads were missing from the order. This was my only negative experience of SGS as, despite several hasteners, they took another week to arrive.

Fast delivery. we’ll impressed with the quality of the axle stands,heavy duty,wide spread for extra grip.the slide in lock pin adds extra safety. The optional rubber pads is a great addition at an additional small cost. Have mounted my estate and no movement. I will be buying again.

Great product and easy to use where you need a high lift for your car. Also cheaper on Amazon than on the SGS website.

Very solid well made axle stands. Extra safety pin is really good idea so you know they are fully locked before going under the car. The additional rubber covers are a worthwhile addiition to protect the car body work.

These were the cheapest and strongest stands i could find.Very durable long lasting heavy duty piece of kit.A must have for when fixing cars at home or in garage.

No doubt, these are strong! I don't trust my life with flimsy, lightweight jack stands and the folding set I've tried are ridiculous (I wouldn't trust them holding a Dinky toy), so why should you?!

In this instance, overkill is always better, my car is only 2.5 tonnes but I feel much safer working under it with these rated to 6 tonnes.

Very good axle stands, the ratchet mechanism is easy to use. The feet are larger than my previous stands (which broke!) and the base is also a bit wider so they are very sturdy when in use. Delivery was fast (next day) so overall a great buying experience.

Solid and well made axle stands. Much better then the halfrauds pair I was replacing, I don't recommend the folding type as they can bend!! The ratchet action on these stands makes them easier to position under the vehicle.

These axle stands are well made and very sturdy. I've had the pin type in the past and the ratchet mechanism on these is much easier to adjust, I would recommend the ratchet type over the normal ones. Delivery was very quick, good all round service.

After spending some time doing research for a good set of axle stands I made my mind up on these. They hold my mini van up really well and are made from very tough steel - I feel completely safe with these. If you are looking for some good stands then get these.

These 6 ton jack stands are truly heavy duty and have a tough finish that hasn't chipped or scratched even after some pretty abusive use.

These axle stands are very well made and have a solid ratchet and safety pin system that makes them easy to adjust. Customer support was very helpful in checking that the stands with work with my Mazda 6.

Much better than the cheap tat i've had before, these look and feel really high quality. These also have feet on the end of the legs unlike other stands i've had, which stop the stands sinking into you drive!

I needed some axle stands to go with the trolley jack I had already purchased from yourselves for my BMW and I'm pleased to say you came through again SGS. The stands feel well built and the ratchet mechanism is easier to use than other stands I've had in the past. I was also impressed with your customer service, I wanted to check that the saddle would fit the plastic jacking blocks and the chap on the telephone was nothing but helpful.

I got these over cheaper axle stands as I wanted the safety pin and the lifetime warranty. Strong, sturdy and easy to use with the ratchet action they are everything you want from and axle stand.
