The Model DGA513Z from Makita is a cordless 125mm, slide switch, variable speed angle grinder compatible with Makita's LXT 18V lithium-ion battery range. The brushless motor technology provides increased power and speed, longer run time while also expanding the tool's lifespan. Exclusive to Makita, the ADT (Automatic Torque Drive Technology) automatically adjusts speed and torque during operation for optimal performance. This tool is ideal for cutting a wide variety of materials which includes tiles, concrete, pipe and conduit. The AFT system (Automatic Feedback sensing Technology) protects the tool from damage by turning off the motor should the wheel be suddenly forced to stop.
