The Milwaukee 2210-20 fluorescent light tester is a complete 3 in 1 solution; it can test lamps, ballast and pins. Featuring a 35-hour battery life, with a 20-minute auto turn off. This light tester is in a league of its own, the first of its kind. The meter emits high-frequency voltage when it contacts the glass. This process “activates” the bulb as the rod acts as a ballast, energizing a working lamp. The tester can be used on all T5, T8, T12 fluorescent lamps.
