I've made an order in the afternoon for a pair of Focus tailgate rams and the delivery arrived at about 15:00 next day. Before I got my parts I phoned the company to find out what is happening with my order? I was politely asked to wait while the spoke person made a phone call to the delivery company and found out what was happening. That's what I would call extra mile customer service.

I have recieved the tailgate gas struts for may Ford Focus. They were ordered on Sunday night so I only expected delivery on Thursday at the earliest but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived Tuesday morning. They are exactly as described were easy to fix I was happy with the price after shopping around and I am really pleased with the prompt service. I will definitley use this company again.
