Ordered a set of replacement gas struts for my Ford Mondeo. The parts were robustly packed in bubble wrap and a cardboard tube. They arrived next day and were exactly as described. Overall an excellent experience and I would use SGS Engineering again.

A quick note to say thank you for your excellent service. Tailgate struts arrived on time as predicted and I fitted them in minutes.

I had a problem with my first set of gas struts, but sent them back and confirmed the part number from the originals and they were changed without quibble. The staff in are really friendly and give a first class service. I'd be more than happy to buy other items another time.

As a result of my Mondeo boot lid failing to remain open I went to my local Evans Halshaw dealership to price up two new gas struts. They wanted £120 plus VAT with a one year warranty.

I bought them via the internet from SGS Engineering Solutions of Derby for a total price of £37.20 which included VAT and delivery.

The product is superb, the warranty is two years, the service was superb. I would highly recommend SGS.
