SGS 90 Litre Air Compressor
The SGS 90-litre air compressor is an essential tool for professional workshops, garages, and enthusiasts. With a robust 90L capacity and an impressive air displacement of 14 CFM, this compressor is designed for maximum efficiency.
Powered by a 3HP 230V single-phase motor, the well-balanced twin-cylinder, slow-running belt drive pump delivers a remarkable 397 litres per minute (14 CFM) through its heavy-duty, in-line twin-cast iron cylinder pump. Ideal for regular use, this fully portable machine operates at a maximum pressure of 10 bar (150 PSI), making it perfect for a wide range of tasks.
Equipped with an air outlet pressure regulator and twin quick-release couplers, the SGS 90-litre compressor ensures versatility and ease of use. As a British company, SGS offers comprehensive support, including spare parts and warranty. Each compressor is hand-built by expert engineers to meet the highest quality standards and is both European CE-marked and German GS-certified for safety.

Important Notes:
This compressor utilises an industrially rated induction motor, requiring a heavy-duty power supply rather than an extension cable. We recommend a minimum of a 16-amp power supply. While it can run from a standard 13-amp socket in some cases, we advise using a dedicated 30 or preferably 45-amp supply to accommodate the motor's starting current, which may exceed 6,500 watts.
Please note that due to recent EU legislation, safety valve rings have been removed from all air compressor models. This change prevents incorrect use that could lead to unnecessary wear on safety devices. Always drain the tank via the valve located on the belly of the tank to ensure proper maintenance and water removal.
Experience unparalleled performance and reliability with the SGS 90-litre air compressor, your trusted partner for all air compression needs.

The products you order determine the delivery method and duration for your order to reach you.
Once you reach the basket and input your postcode, your delivery cost will be estimated. Final checkout will confirm any delivery charges with an estimated delivery time.
We will send you a despatch email once your order has left our warehouse with customer tracking capability. Couriers will then send update notifications via email and SMS (this is why we require mobile numbers).
Delivery times for products & specialist items will be dependent upon postcode and the day of the week you order.
Heavy specialist items may require special handling with 2 or 3 man deliveries, so our courier has specific routes per day of the week to different areas of the UK. Our specialist courier will always call ahead for these heavier deliveries to ensure your availability.
Once you confirm availability, please ensure you are available. Failed deliveries will cause additional costs to be incurred, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
