The generator requires 0.6L of 10W30 engine oil before first use. The included SGS Premium Grade 10W30 Semi Synthetic Engine Oil provides the correct amount for the initial fill, with oil remaining for future maintenance.

Important Tips:

• Calculate Your Requirements: Add together the running wattage of all devices you intend to power, then identify the appliance with the highest starting wattage. Add this figure to your total running wattage and note both values.

• Allow for Headroom: Choose a generator that exceeds both your running power requirement and your peak power requirement. For example, a 1000W heater should ideally be paired with a generator rated above 1200W. Allowing an additional 20% capacity is recommended to help prevent overloading.

• Understand Load Types: This generator can power both resistive loads, such as lights and heaters, and inductive loads, such as motors and power tools. Inductive loads typically require a higher start up wattage. For example, a 1000W vacuum may require up to 3000W when starting.
