The SGS 90 litre air compressor is a must for professional workshops, garages and enthusiasts alike. Extremely effective thanks to it's impressive 90L capacity coupled with a very high 14cfm air displacement. Well balanced twin cylinder, slow running belt drive pump powered by a 3HP 230V single phase motor.

This compressor displaces an impressive 397 litres/ Min (14CFM) from its heavy duty, in-line twin cast iron cylinder pump. For regular use around the garage or workshop, this fully portable machine operates up to a maximum pressure of 10 BAR (150psi). Fitted with an air outlet pressure regulator and twin outlet quick release couplers.

This machine uses an industrially rated induction motor and must be operated from a heavy duty power supply and not from extension cables. We recommend at a minimum a 16 amp or higher power supply.

Please Note: This compressor is able to run from a normal 13 amp socket, however only on some installations. Because suitable conditions cannot be guaranteed we recommend a dedicated 30 or preferably 45 amp supply which will accommodate the motor starting current of 2 to 3 times the full load current of some 6,500 watts. Covered by a 2 year extended warranty.

Due to a change in EU legislation the safety valve rings have been removed by ALL manufacturers of air compressors. This is due to the ring being incorrectly used to vent the compressor, causing undue wear which should not be present on a safety device. The air should drained from the tank via the valve on the belly of the tank. This location is used so that the water is drained at the same time.

Tyre inflator with pressure gauge
This inflator reads in bar & psi and has a maximum working pressure of 8 bar. It is suitable for inflating most tyres on motor vehicles, bicycles, etc. The gauge has a tough rubber moulding.

Air blow gun
With an 8 bar maximum working pressure, use this blow gun for displacing dust, wood shavings, swarf, metal filings, etc. Use a lower pressure when cleaning dust from electronic components.

4 metre spiral air hose
Fitted with 1/4" BSP female couplings, this recoil style hose connects all the other items in the tool kit to your compressor.

Oil spray gun with suction cup
With a capacity of 0.9 litre and maximum working pressure of 3.5 bar, this spay gun is ideal for spraying things like paraffin, engine de-greaser, creosote and insecticide.

Paint spray gun
This professional style spray gun has a 0.6 litre gravity fed cup and a 4 bar maximum working pressure. Fitted with a 1.5mm nozzle, the gun is ideal for spraying almost any type of conventional paint. The airflow through the air cap draws paint into the nozzle assembly, where it is atomised and sprayed forward. The spray gun requires 4.5-8CFM and air pressure of 45psi.
