The SIP WELDMATE® PRO 120A DC TIG/ARC Inverter Welder is a dual process inverter welder specifically designed for use in fabrication workshops, sheet metal applications and home workshops.

Powerful, compact and lightweight, this inverter welder also features high frequency start-up for easy arc striking, which helps to achieve cleaner and higher quality welds by avoiding electrode contact with the workpiece when initiating the arc. Also operates from a 230v (13A) supply for added flexibility.

Fully compliant with Reg EU 2019/1784 (Eco Design for Welding Equipment), this welder features a 4th generation inverter which is above 80% energy efficient. This means it uses less power at the same output as older inverters, helping to lower operating costs.

Applications & uses: Ideal for use in fabrication workshops. Perfect for sheet metal applications. Suitable for home workshops. Ideal for mild steel, stainless steels, copper and brass.

What's in the box?: 1x SIP WELDMATE® PRO DC 120A TIG/ARC Inverter Welder (230v/13A), 1x 3mtr TIG torch with consumables (2x tungsten electrodes, collets, collet bodies, ceramic nozzles and back caps), 1x 3mtr electrode lead, 1x 3mtr earth lead, 1x welding hammer/brush.

DUAL PROCESS TIG/ARC INVERTER WELDER FOR GREATER APPLICATION FLEXIBILITY AT HIGH DUTY CYCLES: Duty cycle 20°C: 120A @ 30% (TIG DC) / 100A @ 30% (MMA).
HIGH FREQUENCY START-UP FOR EASY ARC STRIKING, ENSURING CLEANER & HIGHER QUALITY WELDS BY ELIMINATING CONTACT BETWEEN THE TUNGSTEN ELECTRODE & WORKPIECE WHEN INTIATING THE ARC: Offers a superior arc striking method compared to 'lift' or 'scratch' arc initiation techniques. Provides a consistent and reliable arc initiation, regardless of skill level or welding conditions, which contributes to improved weld quality and efficiency. Also eliminates the risk of tungsten contamination which can degrade weld quality. Ideal for welding thinner materials where precise welding control is crucial.
POST GAS FUNCTION PREVENTS OXIDATION, PROVIDING ADDITIONAL PROTECTION TO ENSURE A CLEAN & HIGH-QUALITY WELD: A flow of shielding 'post gas' can be set to continue after the welding arc has been extinguished to create a protective blanket around the weld pool and still-hot tungsten electrode. This protects the molten metal from interacting with atmospheric gases, which can leave the weld contaminated and brittle. It also protects the tungsten electrode to maximise its longevity.
INFINITELY VARIABLE DIALS OFFER SMOOTHER STEPLESS OUTPUT ADJUSTMENT FOR HIGHER QUALITY & EASY TO CONTROL WELDING: An intuitive control panel with LED display makes it easy to set the welding output and select the welding functions.
METAL CASING WITH HEAVY-DUTY CARRY HANDLE & HIGH-QUALITY FINISH RESISTANT TO WORK AREA DAMAGE: The compact and lightweight design ensures easy work area movement.
