The SIP WELDMATE® PRO 200A DC TIG/ARC Inverter Welder is a dual process inverter welder specifically designed for use in professional fabrication workshops and sheet metal applications.

Powerful, compact and lightweight, this inverter welder also features and 8-stage TIG welding sequence with parameters for 'Pre' and 'Post Gas' to ensure a clean and high-quality weld, while Pulse TIG parameters offer even greater welding power and arc control for skilled professional applications.

Fully compliant with Reg EU 2019/1784 (Eco Design for Welding Equipment), this welder features a 4th generation inverter which is above 80% energy efficient. This means it uses less power at the same output as older inverters, helping to lower operating costs.

EASY-TO-SET PULSE TIG PARAMETERS OFFER PRECISE CONTROL OF THE WELDING ARC FREQUENCY & WELDING CURRENT OUTPUT FOR GREATER VERSATILITY IN CHALLENGING PROFESSIONAL APPLICATIONS: Adjusting the 'peak' and 'base' welding currents varies the amount of heat going into the workpiece, while 'Pulse Frequency' determines the number of pulse cycles applied to each weld. 'Pulse Duty' controls the ratio each cycle spends between peak and base welding currents. These interrelated settings vary the frequency and amount of heat applied to each weld, helping to achieve optimal penetration and minimal distortion of the welding material. This also enables greater control of the weld bead for a smoother appearance and finish.
