The SIP WELDMATE® PRO 200A DV ARC/TIG Inverter Welder is a dual process inverter welder with dual voltage functionality. Ideal for use in professional fabrication workshops and onsite environments, this welder can be powered from either a 230v/16A or 110v/16A supply.
Powerful, compact and lightweight, this inverter welder also features Synergic Control which adjusts the welding current output according to the electrode diameter or welding material thickness selected for optimal penetration and bead formation.
Fully compliant with Reg EU 2019/1784 (Eco Design for Welding Equipment), this welder features a 4th generation inverter which is above 80% energy efficient. This means it uses less power at the same output as older inverters, helping to lower operating costs.
Applications & uses: Ideal for use in professional fabrication workshops and onsite environments. Suitable for ARC/TIG welding. Ideal for mild steel, stainless steels and dissimilar steels.
What's in the box?: 1x SIP WELDMATE® PRO 200A DV ARC/TIG Inverter Welder (230v/16A, 110v/16A), 1x 3mtr electrode lead, 1x 3mtr earth lead, 1x welding hammer/brush. TIG torch sold separately (Item 08206A recommended).
DUAL PROCESS ARC/TIG INVERTER WELDER FOR GREATER APPLICATION FLEXIBILITY AT EITHER 230V OR 110V INPUT SUPPLIES: Duty cycle 20°C: 200A @ 40% (230v) and 100A @ 40% (110v) (ARC/TIG). Voltage detection circuitry initiates when a 110v current is applied and automatically adjusts the available output and function parameters. Lift TIG function for added welding versatility. Compatible with gas valve TIG torch (Item 08206A recommended).
AN INFINITELY VARIABLE DIAL OFFERS SMOOTHER STEPLESS OUTPUT ADJUSTMENT FOR HIGHER QUALITY & EASY TO CONTROL WELDING: An intuitive control panel with LCD screen makes it easy to set the welding current output and select the welding functions.
SYNERGIC CONTROL ADJUSTS THE WELDING CURRENT OUTPUT ACCORDING TO THE ELECTRODE DIAMETER OR WELDING MATERIAL SELECTED FOR OPTIMAL PENETRATION & BEAD FORMATION: From the welding function menu, the electrode diameter and material thickness can be selected. This sets the appropriate welding current output based on the selection to ensure the optimum welding performance for the required application. Selectable electrode diameters: ⌀ 1.6mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4mm and 5mm. Selectable welding thickness: 1mm - 10mm.
EASY-TO-USE WELDING FUNCTIONS DESIGNED FOR GREATER WELDING CONTROL TO ACHIEVE HIGHER QUALITY WELDS: Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) prevents accidental arc strike-up for greater user safety. Anti-stick function prevents the welding electrode from sticking to the workpiece when striking-up for a smoother welding process. ARC force stabilises the arc for greater welding control and improved welding efficiency. Hot start delivers a short burst of higher welding current output, to improve arc ignition and help to penetrate thicker materials.
METAL CASING WITH HEAVY-DUTY CARRY HANDLE & HIGH-QUALITY FINISH RESISTANT TO WORK AREA DAMAGE: The compact and lightweight design ensures easy work area movement.
