The SIP WELDMATE® PRO 200A MIG/ARC/TIG Pulse Synergic Inverter Welder is a multi-process inverter welder specifically designed for use in professional fabrication workshops.

Fully compliant with Reg EU 2019/1784 (Eco Design for Welding Equipment), this welder features a 4th generation inverter which is above 80% energy efficient. This means it uses less power at the same output as older inverters, helping to lower operating costs.

For a simplified welding process, Pure Synergic Control allows users to adjust welding voltage and wire feed speed autonomously, while MIG Pulse functionality allows advanced users to achieve higher quality MIG welding on aluminium and greater control on ferrous metals.

Applications & uses: Ideal for use in professional fabrication workshops. Perfect for sheet metal applications. Suitable for MIG/ARC/TIG welding. Ideal for mild steels and welds *stainless steel and **aluminium. *Using stainless steel welding wire. **Using aluminium welding wire and pure Argon gas.

What's in the box?: 1x SIP WELDMATE® PRO 200A MIG/ARC/TIG Pulse Synergic Inverter Welder (230v/16A), 1x 3mtr Euro MIG torch with mild steel and aluminium wire liners, 1x 3mtr electrode lead, 1x 3mtr earth lead, 1x 3tr gas hose with clamps, 2x feed rollers, 8x contact tips, 1x torch spanner, 2x hex keys and 1x chipping hammer/brush. TIG torch sold separately (Item 08206A recommended).

MULTI-PROCESS MIG/ARC/TIG WELDER FOR GREATER FLEXIBILITY AT HIGH DUTY CYCLES: Duty cycle @ 20°C; 200A @ 30% (MIG) / 170A @ 30% (MIG Pulse) / 180A @ 30% (ARC/TIG). Suitable for aluminium MIG welding wire with use of supplied separate torch liner.
PURE SYNERGIC CONTROL ALLOWS USERS TO ADJUST WELDING VOLTAGE & WIRE SPEED AUTONOMOUSLY: This easy-to-set function simplifies the welding process at all skill levels, helping to achieve more consistent and higher quality welds.
MIG PULSE FUNCTIONALITY ADJUSTS WELDING PARAMETERS & ARC CHARACTERISTICS: Allows changes to weld width, depth, penetration and temperature to be made for more precise control of the heat input into the workpiece. This increases control of the weld and bead appearance, while reducing overheating and distortion. Ideal for welding thinner materials and sheet metal applications.
HEAVY-DUTY ALUMINIUM WIRE FEED ENSURES SMOOTH & CONSISTENT FLOW OF WIRE TO MIG TORCH: This easy-to-use device includes tension adjustment to maintain optimal performance. Supplied with interchangeable feed rollers for solid and flux-cored wires. Compatible with 5kg and 15kg welding wire spools. Welding wire liners for mild steel and aluminium supplied.
INTUITIVE CONTROL PANEL WITH LCD SCREEN TO SELECT BETWEEN WELDING PROCESSES & FUNCTIONS: Infinitely variable dials offer a smoother stepless output adjustment for higher quality and easily controlled welding. Selectable processes include MIG, MIG Pulse MIG Dual Pulse, Lift TIG and MMA. Pure Synergic Control and MIG Pulse functionality settings to optimise application use. Welding gas types and mixes for use with suitable process options. Programmable job memory for efficient recall of welding tasks.
METAL CASING WITH HEAVY-DUTY CARRY HANDLE FOR LONG LIFE USE: High-quality finish is resistant to work area damage.
