INTUITIVE SOFT TOUCH CONTROL PANEL FEATURES ADJUSTABLE WELDING THICKNESS, TIMER & PULSE FUNCTIONS FOR ROBUST & REPEATABLE WELDING CAPABILITY IN A VARIETY OF APPLICATIONS: Maximum welding thickness of 2mm+ 2mm with sufficient welding current output to achieve 4 welds per minute. A microprocessor-controlled timer function allows settings of 80-1800ms for precise and consistent welds. Pulse function allows spot welding of coated materials including Zintec, galvanised and nickel-plated. By applying a short burst of additional heat into the material, the welder can penetrate the coating before completing the weld. Suitable for mild steel, stainless steel and galvanised steel. Offers strong localised welds with minimal heat distortion to the surrounding sheet metal. Easy-to-use lever smoothly engages welding electrode tips for accurate welding performance. Supplied with a set of replacement 20mm copper/chrome electrodes.
