This one came with case and pad. Works well. lifted my Tesla Model S with ease. However the only complain is why is the nut for lowering the jack so small. It would be much easier to turn if it was bigger and allow a much smoother slow lowering of the car. I have to use pliers for a firmer grip and control the turning. -
