50 to 2500N Adjustable Force Gas Struts

If you are unsure of the force needed for your application, our adjustable gas struts have a 2mm grub screw valve to vent gas and reduce the force to exact amount required. The side mounted valve allows adjustment with the gas struts mounted to your application, so the exact force required in the gas struts can be easily achieved.

Gas can only be removed and not added, but if you do release too much SGS offers a re-gassing service that can refill your struts. 

Select a rod diameter from below, depending on the force range required. 6mm diameter rod gas struts have a maximum working force of 350N, 8mm diameter rod 700N, 10mm diameter rod 1200N and 14mm diameter rod 2500N.
