The Milwaukee 4932352361 Thunderweb Metal Drill Bit is ideal for drilling very hard materials and curved surfaces with the use of the 135° split point. The split point also gives the user precision starting and quick penetration. When drilling deeper holes the open flute helps to reduce the risk of drill drawback. For faster cleaner cuts the sharpened edges help to reduce binding whilst the flatter twist angle helps to create smaller chippings, ideal for drilling tougher steels such as stainless steel.

The drill bit has a unique conical shaped web which increases in thickness towards the back of the bit. This makes the drill bit unique as standard drill bits normally have a constant thickness. The parabolic web cross section gives the metal drill bit a larger web thickness for extra strength and higher feed pressure and torque. The web thickness and thunderweb flute form that ejects hot chips rapidly, helps to dissipate heat better, prevents breakage and ultimately increases the working life span and working time of the metal drill bit.
