Manufactured from rosewood, with a brass thumbscrew, stem slide and facing strips on the front of the stock, which is wear resistant and improves accuracy. Fitted with a single and a double spur for marking out mortices.

Features and Benefits:

- Marples Gauges are fitted with hard wearing hardened steel spurs

- They are fitted with a polyester friction pad between the thumb screw and stem to ensure a smooth sliding action

- Mortice and Marking Gauge has a single spur on top of the stem and two spurs on the underside for marking mortices

- The second of these is on a brass slide for smooth, easy adjustment
