Due to the size of your order your delivery has been sent with a pallet network and will be with you shortly. If you selected a next day service the item will be delivered on the next working day with no further contact by the courier. If you selected a 2-3 day service then the courier will contact you to arrange a delivery slot before attempting delivery. Unfortunately, the pallet networks do not offer real time tracking of your item, but you can contact our customer service team at [email protected] who can contact the pallet network by phone and then update you with a delivery date.
